TURNSTILE GATE​. Test condition: the unit fitted with a straight arm of 1 m to 6 m, no wind load, rated supply voltage, 25 °C ambient, 100 consecutive open/close cycles. Measured value: Opening time 0.6 s to 6 s (adjustable); duty rating 100% duty cycle, 5,000 cycles per day. Comparison baseline: An AC electromechanical barrier of the same arm length typically needs 3 s to 6 s and is limited to a 40% duty cycle.

TURNSTILE GATE​. Test condition: Continuous cycling at rated load on the Baroxon test rig, 25 °C, maintenance performed per the manual. Measured value: MCBF 5 million cycles; mean time to repair under 30 minutes. Comparison baseline: Brushed-motor barriers of the same class are commonly specified at around 1 million cycles.

TURNSTILE GATE​. Test condition: Idle state, arm parked, controller networked, measured over 24 h at 25 °C. Measured value: Power draw of 140 W peak and under 5 W standby. Comparison baseline: Conventional AC barrier controllers draw roughly 15 W to 25 W in standby.

TURNSTILE GATE​. Test condition: IEC 60529 dust chamber and water-jet test on the sealed cabinet and the drive unit. Measured value: Protection class IP65. Comparison baseline: Indoor-only access hardware is typically rated IP42 and is not specified for exposed outdoor lanes.
